Registration Policies:
Pre-registration is required. Whether attending in-person or via Zoom, general registration is $100 and discounted registration is $50 (Discounted registration is available to government and non-profit employees, students, retirees, and low-income individuals).
In-person attendance and live webstreaming are free for employees of our Sponsor organizations, but registration is required. Free in-person registration for Sponsors is limited due to the size of the venue. If you are an employee of one of our Sponsors, please check with your organization before registering for in-person attendance to make sure they have enough available tickets.
Foley Hoag LLP requires all visitors to the building be fully vaccinated and boosted. By registering to attend in person, you are affirming you are fully vaccinated and fully boosted.
Note: Livestreaming and on-demand viewing are separate products not included with in-person registration.
Cancelation policy:
Tickets are non-transferable. If you have registered but won't be able to attend, please let us know ASAP so we can allow someone from the waiting list to take your place.
Normally, refunds are issued up to 72 hours prior to the event. However, if you have registered for this event and any of the following applies: you have tested positive for COVID-19; you are waiting for COVID-19 test results; you have COVID-19 symptoms; or you have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for, or who has symptoms of COVID-19, please cancel your registration without penalty (we will issue a refund).
